Isn't this a microcontroller? Radio chips are similar, and the core RF chip is roughly this size. However, just having an RF chip isn't enough; you also need a ROM for storage, and possibly a power amplifier module. If you don't have a CPU and RAM, you'll need to add those as well. You can't just have a blade; you also need a handle to use it effectively.
