This is the fifth year of the community's development, and I find that my energy levels have significantly decreased since starting work. I often wonder how to ensure the community's continued operation, whether changing administrators will allow it to continue developing, what valuable things and more interesting gameplay can be introduced, and whether it can achieve a similar level of sustainability as hellocq.net for over 20 years. Is it really worthwhile to persevere in this endeavor?
Therefore, I will regularly publish the community's operational status (also located at the bottom of the site), which is a common practice among independent developers. This involves documenting and sharing information. For the community, this allows everyone to be aware of the current operational state, while also limiting the potentially unlimited demands that have arisen (at least for the first 3 years).
Simply relying on donations is not a good approach; it's not a healthy, mutually beneficial model. I have always been against using donation channels, and this money needs to be used carefully. Fortunately, I listened to the advice… The community itself is non-profit, and my own resources are limited, so I would like to thank everyone again for their support, and I hope that there will be a better way in the future.
