I. Copyright Registration Application:
1. This document provides guidance solely for copyright registration applications submitted to the China Copyright Protection Center or the Hunan Province Copyright Registration Service Platform.
2. Currently, our store has not been involved with any other provincial or municipal copyright bureaus. If you have any concerns, please do not purchase.
II. Service Fees:
1. An order of 29.9 yuan, including one copyright registration application guidance.
2. Any remaining quantities should be ordered separately.
III. Specific Scope of Guidance Services:
Prepare application materials, register an account, fill in required information, make payment, and download official documents later.
IV. Important Notes:
1. Does not include copyright registration application fees; fees are collected according to actual amounts.
2. The certificate of registration issued by the Hunan Province Copyright Registration Service Platform, which includes the seal composed of the Hunan Copyright Bureau and the "Copyright Registration for Works" special stamp, has equal validity with certificates issued by the National Copyright Bureau or other provincial/municipal copyright bureaus.
3. The works are registered based on a formality review of the ownership information, and registration and issuance of certificates can be completed if the submitted materials meet the requirements and do not violate the provisions of the Copyright Law. However, we do not guarantee that the certificate will be successfully obtained. If you have any concerns, please do not place an order.
4. Registration is not a mandatory step to obtain copyright protection. Once a work is created, regardless of whether it is published or not, the creator automatically has copyright over the work. However, registering the copyright can help resolve disputes arising from copyright ownership and provide preliminary evidence for resolving such disputes.
