First, charge the battery using a charger. After charging, measure the fully charged voltage of the battery. Typically, a 7.4V battery will have an 8.4V full charge. Turn on the device and enter the battery calibration interface. Use the up and down buttons to select the voltage you measured. The voltage calibration calibrates the fully charged voltage, which is used for calculating battery capacity.
