了解了一下 B 站上看到的 AntRunner 方案，遂想自己复刻一个，但查了一下市面上单个 42 减速步进电机的价格就要达到 100-200 上下，成本对于一个苦逼大学生来说还是有些高了。有没有什么替代的动力方案可以实现一个手持八木天线的旋转器？

🤓👆 去年电赛还留了两套 20KG 舵机云台，开学去试一下。不过感觉舵机的扭力不太够，不知道会不会烧驱动。也许把天线重心的位置安装在云台上会好一点？可恶我连八木天线都还没有

用现成的零件搓出一台旋转器并不是很难，难点在于如何在尽量降低成本的前提下解决结构强度问题，还有就是如果涉及户外长期架设，如何加强防尘防水及耐老化性能以对抗复杂自然环境。相比之下，购买市面上现有的中/重型户外云台似乎是一个不错的选择。

github有K3NG这个开源方案，功能齐全，也兼容YAESU旋转器，但是我个人是觉得过于复杂了，配置很麻烦。其它可以考虑下减速电机搭配商业PLC，然后直接串口控制一下，很省心

如果不考虑电动的话，有种东西叫做ziwei器，专门用于野外旋转八木的

If you can design and 3D print the structure, there's a cheaper option: a small surveillance pan. They typically cost around $20, are directly controllable via 485, and use LQV's software. However, the structure isn't ideal and requires modification.

It turns out that they were unable to access Google reCAPTCHA, which is why I couldn't get the code. So, if anyone else is having trouble getting the code, please make sure you have a stable internet connection.

Regarding the selection of a pan/tilt unit, the original poster doesn't currently have a good solution. I'm not very experienced with hardware, and after looking at the 301 and 303 pan/tilt units on Taobao, it's difficult to achieve the required tilt angle for satellite communication. The maximum tilt angle is only around 35 degrees. While RS485 can be used for communication, I'm also concerned about whether the motor can handle the load.

I am currently using the firmware for the rotator-MK1 (rotator7), as well as the dtrac rotator solution (2 x 370 DC geared motors, with ESP12E/ESP12F as the main controller). The former (firmware) requires minor modifications to pin parameters to be compatible with the ESP12E Motor shield. When I have time, I will write a post sharing my experience and knowledge about the structure, selection, algorithm principles, and DIY tips for antenna rotators, hoping to inspire others.
