既然是外国传来的，当然要找到外国的原文了。能找得到，就说明是公认的，找不到，或者翻译对不上，就说明是国内人编的。所以查一下`The Amateur's Code`就知道了。

准则是用来自律的，属于道德层面的东西，不遵守准则，不会受到惩罚，只会遭到道德层面的谴责。法律是强制的，是必须遵守的，违反法律，轻则罚款，重则进号子。
