For amateur radio stations without a fixed location, please indicate the intended setting and use area for the amateur radio station, such as "Beijing," or "Nationwide." If an amateur radio station does not have a fixed location and its setting area exceeds the administrative region of the province, autonomous region, or municipality where the applicant resides, the applicant must also submit materials to the radio management agency explaining the necessity of setting up the amateur radio station across regions.
（8）The "First Station Activation Date" field is required when applying to continue using or change the status of an amateur radio station. When filling out the application, you must provide the date on which the amateur radio station was first activated (the start date specified in the original amateur radio license issued to the station). This field is not required when applying for a new amateur radio station.
