济宁是23年11月进行了A证考试，用的一个忘记啥名字的app了，不是智谱，百度搜索一下QQ群加进去问吧，万一菏泽用的也不是智谱就麻烦了。

（1）关于考试济南用智谱，大概一年考两次，要求济南本地户口、济南居住证或者在济南上学。其他地方见 http://www.sdradio.top/ ，考试APP也从这个网站下载。建议找菏泽本地爱好者，或者周边城市例如济宁的爱好者，加入组织（QQ群或微信群），以便及时收到通知。今年1月份德州考试，不限户籍，但是报名时间只有三天，而且一周以内就考试，没加入组织的话就很容易错过了。（2）关于验机有业余核准的话，可以全程网上办理执照，不用现场验机。如果手续有问题会给你打电话。

去泰安吧正常的话每年3月 6月和8月各一次，会提前半个月左右在市工信局官网发公告，不限制户籍所在地，大概半个月出证寄挂号信到手上

济南上半年有一次大约四五月份，需要居住证另外就是理解你现在着急，能跟着本地一起考最好，复习考试都是很好交友环节，无线电这个爱好者并非一时一刻，希望大家长久的玩下去，一时兴起很难持续
