今天专门研究了下上海的官方公众号，在疫情放开之前基本上一个月2次报名机会，看起来应该是因为疫情中断了，马上过年了，应该是计划在年后的2月份重启吧

1月1号-7号时候，智谱app维护了。后来才恢复。
